AF Athlete
Our AF Athlete option is more than a normal gym membership! We give you everything you need to be a healthier, fitter, stronger and leaner you! Includes full gym access, classes plus a 1-1 with an AF coach and your bespoke training plan tailored to your fitness goals. Membership available for purchase via Glofox below.
Classy AF
Full access to all our AF classes. We have a full weekly timetable of classes at AF. Choose from functional circuits in our Fit AF sessions, hone your weight lifting technique with AF Fundamentals or boost your cardio and push your stamina with our popular Watt Bike class! AF Youth Academy
AF champions the future of sports by cultivating young talent. Our Academy membership, crafted by experienced multi-sport coaches, offers comprehensive benefits: the AF Training App, three weekly coach-led sessions, flexible gym access (adult supervision required post-6:30pm weekdays), nutritional insights, and direct coach contact. That’s why we created our pioneering AF training app. The app provides our facility members with bespoke program and tailored support using knowledge of our elite coaches, and allows us and you to and monitor everything you do in our facility.
Every member at our facility will have access to the AF training app and training programs written by our world class coaches.
