We’ve put together a series of classes using our lead coaches’ knowledge in elite sport which everyone can use to develop their fitness and strength.
Our classes embrace the fundamental principals of The Athlete Factory programming. You will get fitter & stronger, whilst being properly supported and monitored in a true coach led environment. These classes are for all fitness levels and experience, as our coaches will manage the class to suit your ability and make sure you get the most out of the class.
Our classes are energetic, challenging, fun, and most importantly, will get you fitter, stronger, and leaner. Our classes demand commitment, so if you’re looking for an easy class to kill for an hour, then try a lower level dance fit class as these may not be for you!
Each class duration is 45mins within an hour slot, so you have time during your slot to be warmed up, smash the session, and then recover!
By joining our classes, whether by themselves or as a supplement to your program, you are becoming part of our community. A community that supports each other and pushes you to new limits.

AF Classes Timetable
A signature class of The Athlete Factory. In a structured and supportive small group setting get taken through a challenging Strength & Conditioning workout. Learn the fundamental techniques at the heart of The AF program and get the support you need to achieve a fitter, stronger and healthier you.
If you like your METCON circuits and HIIT sessions then FITAF is the one for you. This is one of AF’s signature class; a high intensity interval session using athletic based movements. This class will challenge your body in a different way, activating numerous muscle groups at once as you battle physically and mentally through the exercises.
